The relentless process of rating young athletes never stops. Little more than a week after the top high school players in the Class of 2012 announced their college destinations, Rivals.com is out with the top 100 for 2013.

There are two WPIAL players on the list: Robert Foster, a wide receiver from Central Valley, is ranked 26th. Patrick Kugler, an offensive lineman from North Allegheny, is 54th. Kugler is the son of the Steelers offensive line coach. His brother, a tight end, is a freshman at Purdue.

Both are important recruits and it would help establish Paul Chryst in Western Pennsylvania if he can land them.

Here is the complete list.

These recruiting sites are definitely relentless. A scout from Scout.com recently sent my nephew a message on facebook indicating his name came up as possibly being a D1 talent & would he like them to set up a profile. He played freshman ball & was on jv as a sophomore. He didn't play as a junior due to work & school being too much & has no plans of playing as a senior. It amazes me they would have even heard of him.
